No Content on the Mosiky platform is owned by, licensed from, or administered on behalf of any third party. Mosiky does not stream, index, aggregate, or otherwise provide access to any third-party catalogue, and no Content incorporates any third-party sound recording, musical work, sample, interpolation, or cover version.

2. Copyright Protection

The Content is original to Mosiky and is protected by copyright law and international treaties. The Content, and its selection, arrangement, and presentation on the platform, is the exclusive property of Mosiky.

3. Permitted Use

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and stream content through the Mosiky platform for personal, non-commercial use only. This license does not include:

"Mosiky," the Mosiky logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Mosiky. You may not use these marks without prior written permission.

The platform may contain links to external websites or services, including links to Mosiky's own releases on other streaming services. Those links are provided for reference only. Mosiky does not control, and is not responsible for, the content or practices of any external site. No content from any external site is streamed, embedded, or otherwise made available within the Mosiky platform.
